Water that comes and goes

All water collected from the hotel's air conditioning system is stored and reused in activities such as washing the patios and watering the gardens.

Responsible towels and sheets

At home we don't change the trousseau every day. It can also be like that at the hotel. We encourage our guests to request exchange only when necessary. But doesn't this generate savings for the hotel? Also! Thus, we are able to offer fairer rates, in addition to saving natural resources.

Oh sun, see if you don't forget...

Much of the hot water that comes out of showers and faucets is heated through the solar heating system. Unused "heat" is still stored and used when the sun doesn't come around.

Doubly responsible LED

That LED is more economical everyone knows. But did you know that it also reduces air conditioning consumption? As it does not emit heat, it improves cooling efficiency, reducing energy consumption. Thus, more than 60 thousand light bulbs in the hotel were replaced by LED.

A good pineapple to peel

Part of the hotel's pineapple consumption comes from its own production, organically grown on the group's farm. This is just the first product in a series of others to come. But we couldn't start any better. After all, pineapple is the symbol of hospitality.

Green Suppliers

Our suppliers undergo a rigorous registration, in which it is necessary to present licenses, reports and their eco-practices. Green supplier comes out ahead. In addition, we give preference to local producers and suppliers.

Waste has the right destination

Plastics, paper, glass, light bulbs, organic and electronic material, oils and all other waste collected at the hotel is separated in its own recycling center so that each class has its proper destination.

Love bath

The project makes available to the homeless population of Belo Horizonte, two mobile bathrooms with showers and offers haircuts, clothes, medical care, dental assistance, aesthetic treatment, pedicures and makeup, hygiene kits, in addition to a call for family members. , providing the emotion of someone who, for a long time, did not hear the voice of a loved one. Community Marriage

Held annually by the Public Defender's Office of Minas Gerais, the Community Wedding gives couples the opportunity to legalize their marital status and fulfill the dream of the wedding ceremony. Ouro Minas supports offering hospitality amenities for couples to close the big day with a super night.

Refectory Décio Drumond

This is where all Ouro Minas employees have five meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and supper).Sensitized by the simplicity of his employees' lunchboxes at the time, the group's founder, Décio Drumond, created the cafeteria so that everyone could have a decent meal.
