Your pet is very welcome at Ouro Minas.
We just need to make our agreements, okay?!
Daily Pet
Your pet will stay in the same apartment as you. Maximum of one pet per apartment. An additional R$70 (+5% ISS) will be charged per animal, per day.
DOCUMENTATION
You will need to present your pet's vaccination records. All your pet's vaccinations must be up to date.
FOOD
Remember to bring enough food for your pet to feed them for the entire duration of their stay.
SIZE
We welcome small pets weighing up to 12 kg that are docile and friendly. The owner must ensure that the pet does not make noise or disturb the well-being of other guests.
waste
The owner is fully responsible for cleaning up after their pet, including inside the apartment. If necessary, an extra cleaning fee may apply (50% of the daily apartment rate).
RESPONSIBILITY
The pet owner is fully responsible for any personal or property damage caused by their pet to any guest, employee, or client of the hotel.
CIRCULATION
When moving around the hotel, it is necessary to keep your pet on a leash, in your lap, or in appropriate carriers.
Pets are expressly prohibited from circulating or remaining on the premises.
in restaurants, breakfast areas, bars, the entire pool area, and event areas, even when in these appropriate boxes.
APARTMENT/CLEANING
Your pet cannot be left alone in the apartment.
Cleaning will only be done upon request and when the pet is not present.
NON-COMPLIANCE
We reserve the right to discontinue hosting pets that do not meet the requirements.
VIP treatment
We provide a pet bed, blanket, and food and water bowls on loan. If you prefer, you can bring your pet's usual items. And remember to bring the leash, favorite toys, and hygiene supplies. These are not provided by the hotel.
Pet accommodation is available in any apartment category, from standard to presidential.
