PET DAILY
Your pet will stay in the same apartment as you. Maximum of one pet per apartment. R$ 70 (+5% ISS) per animal, per day, will be added to the daily rate when requested at the time of booking. For request at check-in, the amount will be R$ 100 (+5% ISS), subject to availability of materials and assembly time.
POSTAGE
We accept small animals up to 12 kg and that have a docile and friendly temperament. The owner must ensure that the pet does not make noise or disturb the well-being of other guests.
CIRCULATION
When passing through the hotel, it is necessary to keep your pet on a leash, on your lap or in appropriate boxes.
It is expressly prohibited the movement or permanence of pets in restaurants, breakfast, bar, the entire pool area and event areas, even when in these appropriate boxes.
DOCUMENTATION
It is necessary to present the pet's vaccination documents.
WASTE
The owner is fully responsible for cleaning his pet's waste, including inside the apartment. If necessary, an extra cleaning fee may apply (50% of the apartment's daily rate).
APARTMENT / CLEANING
Your pet cannot be left alone in the apartment.
Cleaning will only be done upon request and when the pet is not present.
MATERIAL
We provide pet bedding, blanket and containers for water and food, on loan. If you prefer, you can bring your pet's usual objects. And remember to bring your leash, favorite toys and hygiene material. These are not provided by the hotel.
FOOD
Remember to bring your pet's food, with enough quantity to feed it for the entire period of its stay.
RESPONSIBILITY
The pet owner is fully responsible for any personal or material damage caused by the pet, suffered by any guest, employee or customer of the hotel.
NON-COMPLIANCE
We reserve the right not to continue with the accommodation of animals that do not meet the requirements.
