Water that comes and goes
All water collected from the hotel's air conditioning system is stored and reused for activities such as washing patios and watering gardens.
Responsible towels and sheets
At home, we don't change our linens every day. The same can be true at a hotel. We encourage our guests to request a change only when necessary. But doesn't this save the hotel money? Absolutely! This allows us to offer fairer rates and conserve natural resources.

Much of the hot water that comes out of the showers and taps is heated by the solar heating system. The unused "heat" is stored and used when the sun isn't shining here.
LED duplamente responsável
Everyone knows that LEDs are more economical. But did you know that they also reduce air conditioning consumption? Because they don't emit heat, they improve cooling efficiency, reducing energy consumption. Therefore, more than 60,000 light bulbs in the hotel were replaced with LEDs.

Part of the pineapple consumed at the hotel comes from its own production, organically grown on the group's farm. This is just the first product in a series of others to come. But we couldn't have started better. After all, pineapple is the symbol of hospitality.

Our suppliers undergo a rigorous registration process, which requires them to present licenses, reports, and their eco-practices. Green suppliers have an advantage. Furthermore, we give preference to local producers and suppliers.

Other waste collected at the hotel is separated at a dedicated recycling center so that each type of waste receives its proper disposal.

O projeto coloca a disposição da população de rua de Belo Horizonte, dois banheiros itinerantes com chuveiro e oferece corte de cabelo, roupas, atendimento médico, auxílio odontológico, tratamento estético, pedicure e maquiagem, kits de higiene, além de uma ligação para os familiares, proporcionando a emoção de quem, por muito tempo, não ouvia a voz de um ente querido. Solidarity Visit

Community Wedding
Held annually by the Public Defender's Office of Minas Gerais, the Community Wedding gives couples the opportunity to legalize their civil status and fulfill their dream of a wedding ceremony. Ouro Minas supports this by offering complimentary accommodations so that couples can cap off their big day with a fantastic night.
Décio Drumond Refectory
This is where all Ouro Minas employees have their five daily meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and supper).Touched by the simple nature of the packed lunches his employees received at the time, the group's founder, Décio Drumond, created the cafeteria so that everyone could have a decent meal. For many years, on January 13th, his employees were given a pair of plates as a gift. A symbolic way to lovingly celebrate his birthday.
